Qantas - SeniorProduct Designer

• Led the UX design for the new travel insurance signup process from discovery to development. We look forward to increasing the Gross Written Premium (GWP) in 3 months after the implementation from 4.7 million GWP to 6.9 Million GWP.

Scentregroup (Owner of Westfield) - SeniorProduct Designer

Jan 2021 - Sep 2022

• Led the UX design for a QR code campaign. During the first promotional campaign, 886,562 entries were received and 168.988 new memberships were acquired.

• Implemented an end to end design process with the team that launched Westfield’s online marketplace, WDirect, on 30 September 2021 with the partnership of over 100 retailers.
  

Optus -Product Designer

Jan 2017 - Jan 2021

• Worked with a cross-functional team to implement a data-led design process to improve checkout conversion rates. Initially, the conversion rate sat at 45.85%, and gradually improved through successive iterations.
  
  
• Integrated Optus' new design system across web, apps, and marketing.
  

Divvy Parking -Product Designer & Creative lead

• Led in UX/UI design capacity in the launching the parking app of 2.0 version. On the same year NRMA acquired 40% of the business.
