A complete visual makeover from Brand Guideline to application

Overview

Divvy unlocks under-utilised spaces in commercial buildings and gives drivers and tenants exclusive access to those spaces at the touch of a button. Set to differ from competition, Divvy uses the latest technology by using QR Code and Licence Plate Recognition to deliver seamless, easy parking.

Introduction
The branding needs visual makeover. I was hired to improve the User interface, starts from branding, mobile application and web application.

The work was rewarding. It was rare to receive a project where I did a complete visual overhaul.
Stage 1

Style Guide
We recreated the new style Guide by establishing rules for colours, fonts, and photography.

Stage 2

App
We reworked on the existing app that needs more UX thought and better user journey.

Stage 3

Web App
We worked on the web application as an online marketplace for parking system.

Process

This project was inherited from the from previous UX Designer, I did a further research and modified slightly the existing wireframe flow using, As a result, the product is now more user friendly.

Also we added few features for better user experience :

Favourite icon
Most costumers are regular parkers on the same location. By introducing favourite place, customers can make a quicker decisions by check in to the favourite listing.

Premium membership pass
For premium members, Divvy provides them with premium spots with discounted price.    

QR code
Divvy uses the latest technology to identity the customers and to open gate. Car plate recognition technology is also used in some places hence the customers can access the parking without any touch point.

Web App
The Website booking is also made available too.
