We currently have a member base of almost 2 million users, whom we know very little about, and as a result are limited in the value proposition we can offer.
We want to encourage Westfield customers to shop at retailers and in-centre as logged-in members so that we can understand more about our members' shopping behaviours, wants and needs, and in turn are able to deliver more personalised experiences to delight and reward our members.
