Accessibility Statement

The accessibility approach and known boundaries of this static Jimmy Design website.

Effective: 18 September 2026

1. Commitment

The site aims to provide readable structure, keyboard operation, visible focus, responsive reflow and meaningful labels.

2. Measures

Pages use semantic headings, native links and controls, text alternatives where images convey information, sufficient contrast and layouts designed for zoom.

3. Testing scope

Static and browser checks cover principal routes, keyboard interaction, narrow viewports, overflow and basic console errors. This does not constitute formal certification.

4. Known boundaries

Generated device mockups are illustrative; essential case information is also provided as text. Browser and assistive-technology combinations may behave differently.

5. Feedback

The current static contact form does not transmit. The deployed operator should provide a verified accessible feedback channel before public launch.

6. Continuous improvement

Accessibility should be reviewed whenever navigation, forms, media, third-party scripts or core content changes.
